Deep rich brown with a tan head. Bready, toasted malt nose with a touch of dark fruit sweetness. Roast malt, caramel and nut flavors are propped up by a wonderful smooth mouthfeel. 5.9% ABV “Indecency, vulgarity, and obscenity–these are strictly confined to man; he invented them. Among the higher animals there is no trace of them.” The Lower Animals

Dark brown with beige head. Aroma contains some caramel, toffee, chocolate. Flavor is malty and slightly sour. This more like a brown than a porter. But I’m ok with that because the beer is pretty good.
