A collaboration with highly awarded local homebrewer Ryan Stansbury, this beer is best described as if a Hefeweizen and a Bock had a baby. Rich toasted malt, caramel, dried cherry, dates and plums come from the malt, while soft banana and clove notes come from the yeast.

Taps opaque chocolate with a serviceable buff head. Aroma yields earthy, toasted malt, caramel, and subtle chocolate tones. Flavor presents chocolate, toasted malt, earthy, caramel, wheat and woody hop notes. Is this a bock, or a hefe? Or both? Texture offers fairly firm and smooth body with perky fizz. Don't get drastic, have a glass.
