Pours clear copper with a thick and luscious, if not long-lived, parchment head. Aroma gives up toasty malt with crisp apple, dank hops and a bit of caramel. Flavor features crisp toasted malt, woody and slightly dank hops, a bit of caramel, a bit of apple - a mouthful of fall. Texture yields good smooth body and peppy fizz, with an autumnal finish. No Oktoberfest? No problem!
