Pours clear caramel with a thick and persistent beige head. Aroma offers toasted malt, banana, caramel and subtle wheat notes, inviting a sip. Flavor yields toasted malt, banana, caramel and wheat with a hint of woody hops. Texture provides decent body and perky fizz. Dunkel your pleasure, weizen your fun.

Another reddish brown bodied beer from the people at Tucher. Another beer from Tucher with sedimentation at the bottom. The off white head grows beautifully. A big wheat and yeast nose. A lot of fruits, like bananas with spices and nuts touching the palate without much more complexity coming from the malt. Very smooth and easy to drink.

Murky, muddy water looking pour with a huge an slowly diminishing khaki head. Spotty lacing and unfiltered. Banana, honey, and clove make up a lighthearted aroma. Crisp and thin on the palate, a touch watery for my liking. Good wheat flavor, dry and crisp with nice banana and fruit tones. Sweet breads and a touch of toffee. Good and mild for the style, drinkable and refreshing.

A dark wheat beer that had a thin body but very effervescent. Copper colored ale that had the aromas of roasted nuts, bananas and a hint of bubblegum. An okay beer but have had better dark wheat beers.

I found this beer to be very pleasent, but definately a watery mouthfeel- one of the first things that I noticed. Pours copper body with a thin head that sticks around. sort of nutty, and a little yeasty as well. I did however taste raisins, which is wierd. overall it was decent.

Dark brownish amber colour with big white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty and slightly dark fruity. Flavour is wheat, caramel and citrus fruit. Pleasant mix, but very watery palate.

cloudy dark brown colour under a big beige head; solid aroma of banana, some notes of hay; very sweet and with a creamy mouthfeel; hints of late sourness, the aftertaste is rather dry for a weizen and shows more banana notes - boring ... like all dunkelweizen

Pours a nice amber-brown color sporting a large "swiss cheese" type tan head with ample lacing. Slightly floral aroma with malt very recognizable. Taste was of bananas but wasn't as tasty as I hoped for. Overall, was a medium...

Dark brown color. Small white foamy head. Aroma is malt, sweet, banana and grass. A medium bodied dunkel. Malts are fruity, banana and clove. Hops are slightly spicy. Nicely balanced. Very smooth taste. A little bit watery, but still drinkable. Light and refreshing. Good summer beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

I like my dark wheats to have more flavor than this provided. It was a thin taste that had some wheat flavor. over all it was a disappointment, with so many other good examples of this style out there
