    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original La Mandubienne tulip glass an unfiltered and opaque burgundy-brown coloured B A with a short two fingers dense, cloudy and beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, vegetables, olives, coffeish and chocolate notes. The flavour is roasted malts, caramel, coffeish notes, riped dark fruits, plums, figs. The mouthfeel is thick, fulled, smooth and sticky. The texture is oily. This medium to full bodied B A has a dry roasted malts and fruity finish added to a pleasant warming and light syrupy aftertaste. A Brown Ale with character , from a tiny, 700 hl/year output, burgundy brewery located in the well-known vineyards.
