Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6
Pours clear honey brown with an ephemeral buff head. Aroma presents strong, sour fruit note of pear, apple and a little cherry. Flavor delivers tart but not fiercely sour fruit with a hint of malt. Mouthfeel features firm body, subtle fizz, and a sour fruit finish. Pucker up!

Bottled@omhper. Reddish amber colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is fruits, raspberries, some yeastyness and earthyness as well. Flavour is raspberries, some earth, mild eastyness as well as some mild caramel as well. Pleasantly balanced and nice.

Bottle: Poured a medium reddish color ale with a rather small foamy head with minimal retention and some light lacing. Aroma of light raspberry with some tart notes. Taste is a rather singular mix between some fresh tart raspberries with some light acidic notes and a nice solid Belgian malt backbone. Body is fuller then average with average retention and no alcohol was apparent. Tends to be more of a fruit beer then a Saison but well done nonetheless.
