330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy orange-copper with reddish tones coloured DIPA with a two fingers fine, dense, creamy and light beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is a plenty bench of juicy fruits, grapefruits, passion fruits, citrus, oranges, piney and resinous hops, caramel malts. The flavour is fruits, figs overwhelming, citrus, a spicy, peppery, touch, sweety caramel malts, heavy flowery hops. The mouthfeel is creamy, thick, fulled, a bit syrupy and deep bitter. The texture is oily. This full bodied DIPA has a long fruity and bitter finish. Well balanced, easy (too) drinkable, a nice gift from the Trois Dames brewery.

Why did I open such a big bottle of IIPA at 10:30... WHY!!!! Honey brown with microscopic floaties every where a 1" cap is floating on top. BLETCH BLAA YACKERS YUCK!! Just took the first sip and this seems very ungood. Sweet apple aroma, sweat socks, hints of alcohol perhaps to many hints. Strange strange sweetnees, apple, lots of dirt. This beer is an complete mess, it kind of taste right but it all taste wrong. There is no bitter except for the lingering after taste. EWWWW just poured the last of this 750ML bottle and i got massive bacon bit sized floaties floating every where. The more I drink the more drunk i feel the less I hate this beer. I truly thought I'd be dumping this beer but I'm finishing some how. Just realized I've been talking about nothing for this entire review I NEED FLAVOURS!!! The preview for the Total Recall remake looks so bad......there better be a lady with three tits in it. Taste like dirt, apples, and lime. THE END

From Premier Gourmet (Kenmore, NY). At long last my first Swiss beer. They seem to be, almost without exception, quite pricey. Cloudy orange with a smallish ivory head, and it left a tiny ring. Bouquet featured malt, hops, and spices. Not too far off a barleywine. Flavour mirrored the aroma, with a touch of grapefruit at the finish. Mouthfeel began on the thin side, and thickened as the temperature rose. Pretty good beer, all in all.

It pours a thick and hazy burnt-orange and amber with a thick and foamy off-white head and copious lacing. A sweet aroma of caramel malts, mellow hops, oranges and other citrus fruits, applesauce, peaches, light raisins and dates, and mild spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth, sensual, and rich. Flavors of caramel malts, hops, oranges and tangerines, apples, peaches, raisins and dates, and some bitterness and spiciness. Excellent .. first Swiss brew~!

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts along with some fruity and floral notes. A bit toffeeish as well. Alcohol gives a slight sting to it. Flavour is alcohol, some fruits and mild floral and grassy notes. Alcohol burns quite a bit. Quite bittery and dry in the finish.
