Sampled at Princeton brewpub. Poured a hazy light-pink with very thin white head -- a very interesting color, it's easy to spot anyone trying this beer. Tasted like a typical witbier with a hint more sweetness and a mild raspberry aftertaste that was rather appealing and not overwhelming at all. Low carbonation and it went down nicely. Although I enjoyed this brew, there were many others at Triumph I liked more.
