The brewers favourite. A traditional London Porter, black with ruby highlights. A rich powerful, very well balanced porter. 4 types of malt give a complex coffee and chocolate flavour, which leads to a slightly smoky, dry roasted bitter finish. The ultimate night cap.

Pours out in a dark burgundy brown colour with a small frothy off-white head. Rich rounded aroma of almonds dipped in chocolate sauce, crackers and roasted malts with hints of fresh spicy hops. Medium-bodied with notes of nuts, cocoa, roasted malts with hints of raisins. Silky smooth mouthfeel. Long medium-bitter finish ofnut-shells, spicy and grassy hops on a quite solid foundation of toasted malts, chocolate and burnt caramel. Wonderful porter!
