Light wheat beer - water, barley, wheat malt, hops, and yeast. Here, my son, Frank, was called, "maniac," and wheat beer was not an otherwise experience.

Čepujeme, 500 ml, on tap at the brewery. Poured in a Czech Seidla an absolutely opaque pale amber coloured Hefeweizen with a one finger light beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is yeast, wheat malts and juicy fruits, lime, citrus. The flavour is yeast, wheat malts, fruity, oranges, citrus, bananas and faint spicy, cloves. The mouthfeel is round and quite thin. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Pšeničné has a dry fruity finish. An easy drinkable and very refreshing Hefeweizen from a unique tiny brewery located at the doors of Praha and, if opened, it's once a week, on Saturday, at 7.00 pm, please check your chance on the brewery-website and you could be ... a lucky man!
