Our Vermont take on a Bavarian classic, this “white beer” exudes a spicy, citrusy aroma with a lush, tropical pallet. The malt imparts a fruity, peppery character.Rich mouthfeel that yields to a lovely, brightly carbonated finish.

Enjoyed at the brewery on Easter 2017 trip. Pours a hazy light golden colour with a warm cap, nice stay with decent lace. Yeast nose with spices (cloves), caramel and hints of bananas. Taste of bananas and light bubblegum with very mild spices. Wet mouthfeel with a slight dryness. A decent wheat beer.
