Made proudly in Quebec using the same time-honoured techniques of traditional monastic brewers, this abbey-style blonde perfectly captures the rich malt, subtle hopped accents, and warm spice of a classic Belgian ale. With signature Champagne-like effervescence and aromatic notes of ripe fruit and honey. Trader Joe's Audaciter is superbly balanced and delicious with a quiet palate-warming finish.

Bottle from Trader Joe's in Burlington, VT. Pours a hazy light-golden colour with and orange hue. Warmw-hite frothy head, good retention and thick foamy, almost creamy lacing. Sweet Belgian Ale yeast aromas with apples, spices and mild hops. Nice warming mouthfeel, but the alcohol is very well-hidden. Typical Unibroue taste with the yeast, malts and hops all well-balanced with light spices. The difference here is that it seem a little less rich as their other latest beers. So, more drinkable. Quite nice and glad to try.
