Nice giftbox from friend Bertrand. Slighly opaque yellow white foam head. Smokey aroma and taste, surprisingly nice. (Bordeaux 201507) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

it's a beer with a golden color, the foam are fine and creamy, there're a lot of thing suspended, it is quite cloudy. it's smell of hay and smoked. in mouth, it's toast fruit flavor and almost scorched barley. There is very little bitterness

330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered hazy rich golden-amber coloured ale with a good three fingers white creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Many floating sediments. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, spicy, cinnamom, ginger, cloves and herbal hops. The flavour is sweety malts, spicy, ginger, cloves, may be a point of pepper, aciditic fruits, grapefruits, lemon, citrus and a very present herbal hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is creamy and smooth. Although underlying the alcool ( 8.0 ° ) is a permanent companion. This medium to full bodied ale has a long aciditic fruits finish. A very pleasant and tasting ale at the seaside in Bretonny.
