Sampled on 10/7/2012. Bad Bottle/infected …This saison pours a medium orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, band aid and funky. A light to medium bodied saison. The malts are/were fruity and sweet,, hints of orange and spice. The hops are herbal. Decent carbonation. Its gots a bunch of funk, band-aid and must, but NOT in a good way. Will sample again if possible, without the infection it might be a decent saison.

A murky yellow colored beer with a medium sized frothy textured white head rising briefly above. Settles into a thick ringlet. A sourness in nose and the tasting from the mash and grapes. There's some hops, faint as they are. Light bodied.

12 oz bottle, best by 7/30/12. Pours slightly hazy gold with a small white head that quickly goes to a thin film that leaves a little lacing.

The aroma is sweet bready malts, soapy floral spices.

The flavor is sweet malts with some odd soapy spices and a little sour old fruitiness. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation.

Overall, it's too sweet with lots of odd spicing and some overripe fruit.
