"Midas' Well" is a Belgian Golden Strong Ale with flavors of fruit and spice contributed by a blend of famous Belgian yeast strains. To make it even more interesting, we spiked it with a bunch of Wisconsin basswood honey. "Hey, Midas Well!"

The third and final brew of the evening was delicioso! A dark golden colour with a big creamy white top. Aroma is very fruity, noticeable orange, bananna and wheat notes on the nose. Taste is very full with a very spritzy mouthfeel and semi sweet flavours.

This beer poured a clear golden color with a fizzy white head. It had a strong wheat aroma with some lemon zest. The flavor was strong win wheat character as well and when the wheat coupled with the alcohol, it provided a type of "bubblegum" flavor which I found to be really unique. Had a light floral finish.
