Golden, hazy, spicy, and fruity, this Belgian saison ("say sawn"), or summer ale, was fermented by two famous Belgian yeast strains which create its unique flavor. Made with pilsner malt, flaked wheat, and Belgian candi sugar, this is a strong yet refreshing summer thirst-quencher.

Renamed the Jackhammer Ale to avoid any confusion between this beer and their Construction Ale. BeerPal amendment is pending. This beer poured a clear yellow color with a tall foamy white head. It had a pleasent grassy aroma with noticeable malt and a sweet malty flavor, predominately wheat. Had a clean finish.

Now known as the "Jackhammer" because of all the confusion between the construction and destruction ales- tastey brew all around. Pours a cloudy bright golden colour with a fairly large creamy white head. Soft mouthfeel, creamy, definately noticeable spice on the palate. Citrusy, lemon, coriander seed, orange peel and grapefruit aromas. Flavors are citrusy, spice, little bit of bubblegum and a smooth lightly hopped finish.
