This traditional Belgian saison (say-sawn) style summer ale is deep golden, light-bodied, cloudy, and features the fruity nose and complex, spicy flavor which are the handiwork of a classic Belgian yeast strain. Made with pilsner malt, Belgian sugar, and two cereal grains, this is a strong yet refreshing summer thirst-quencher.

This one poured a nice golden color with a firm head with good retention. It had a very floral hoppy aroma with a flavor to match. It had a nice mouthfeel and a good finish.

What a well crafted brew! It pours a cloudy golden colour, lots of sweet wheat on the nose, orange blossoms, fresh flowers- the first initial taste is spice followed up by wheat and fruit flavor. complex, very unique- a nice touch for summertime.
