Timmermans Pêche is made by adding 100% natural peach flavouring to lambic fermenting in oak barrels. This beer’s characteristic aroma is very pleasant on the nose, and it has a velvety flavour and a creamy foam. Timmermans Pêche is a fruity drink, very easy on the palate, to be drunk with a smile on one’s lips.

250 ml bottle, as Timmermans Pêche Lambicus, from Bris Ølutsalg, Jørpeland. ABV is 4%. Clear golden colour, moderate white head. Sugary aroma of peach candy and ripe peaches. Medium sweet flavour of peaches and peach candy, very little acidity. Not much lambic character here.

Like always, we conclude our beer tasting evening with a desert. This fruity , low alcohol beer is just that. Pink colored, no foam. Still for a last beer on a beer tasting evening, will do.

Drank in a hotel room on the way to Edmonton, first time I felt -30 in years! Getting the beer open was quite the ride, as I had no bottle opener, no lighter, no second bottle and nothing in the room that was very hard. Broke a splinter off a couple furniture items before finding that there was a cork under the cap. Then I went to front desk and she helped me out.... anyways, the beer was perhaps a bit warm, but it was slightly wild and funky in smell. Slight skunk it seemed like. Highly carbonated, dry, lightly sour, doesnt live up to the nose.

Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet peach and apricot with hints of some other dry fruits. Flavour is metallic, fruity and palate is very dry. Surprisingly sweet Timmermans product. Refreshing.
