On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.8%. Hazy deep golden colour, large white head, rapidly diminishing. Strong and complex funky aroma, brettanomyces galore, oaky and "farmhouse" / horseblanket notes. The flavour is sour / acidic and funky, notes of oak, stale hops and old apple cider.

    On tap @ 10 East -

Super happy to see they tapped a gueuze. Definitely an above average gueuze, but not elite...not yet. A medium funky aroma with lemon, dusty leather, acidic and oak. Most, if not all, of the sweetness is gone. Lemons, medium sour and acidic levels, underripe grapes and oak. It doesn't kick you in the balls with its sour levels, but you know it's there. Nice.
