    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

500 ml swing-top bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered and strong hazy amber-orange coloured Hefeweizen with a short two fingers slight beige pillowy foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, yeasty and fruity, bananas, citrus. The flavour is sweety malts, cereal, yeasty, bready and fruity citrus and light bananas. The mouthfeel is light crispy, sparkling and quite thick. This medium bodied Hefeweizen has a dry malty and fruity finish. An easy drinkable and very nice Hefeweizen from a tiny brewery in Oberfranken with a state-of-the-art material.
