Interesting to say the least. I was expecting this to be something more like an orange IPA. Instead...I get a bubbly, fruity, I'm not sure what. Has some Belgian traits with a champagne feel. Super tart from the kumquat, but not tasting the smoke much. Heat from the pepper is mild towards the end...but it could be there more for flavor, which is also pretty mild. A light orange semi-clear appearance. Strong orange in the aroma. Was a good one for a change of pace, though not sure I'd get again.
