On tap (keykeg) at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy orange colour, moderate white head. Strong aroma of deep fried bananas, also notes of citrus fruit and cloves. The flavour is medium sweet with notes of banana and malts, hints of cloves. Minimal bitterness.

500 ml capped bottle. Poured a light gushing and unfiltered opaque rich golden-amber coloured Weisse with a two fingers beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is wheaty malts, spicy, cloves and fruity, bananas apples and citrus. The flavour is wheat malts, a yeasty and biscuity touch, fruity, bananas, citrus, apples. The mouthfeel is sparkling and full. This light to medium bodied Weisse has a long fruity finish. A very pleasant and classical German Weissbier brewed in ... England. Good job and Hut ab, Gentlemen !
