    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

750 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Thiriez stemmed tulip glass an unfiltered and cloudy pink-amber-orange coloured Saison with half a finger light pink-beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. Some floating sediments. The aroma is yeast, pronounced herbal and floral notes, moderate malty and a barnyard touch. The flavour is sweety malts, a touch of caramel, a spicy side, cinnamom, marked floral and herbal notes. The mouthfeel is crispy, thin and floral. The texture is watery. This light bodied Saison has a dry herbal and floral finish. Fresh and refreshing, this Saison brings nevertheless no real pleasure. Overall, considering the purchase price, a deception.
