The latest brew in our Phrenologist Series of beers intended to explore new styles. This experiment with Belle Saison Yeast and caramel malts is a very pleasant light-bodied beer with sweet undertones and a crisp finish. Traditionalists will classify this beer as a Belgian Pale Ale – with its copper tones, mild hops aromas, and Belgian yeast strain – but Caramel Saison seems more descriptive to us
