Madrone is an amber saison with a hint of tartness and a big burst of fruity west coast hops. Citrus and tropical fruit in the nose this might be the closest to an IPA we’ll get.

Sampled from bottle, thanks to Travis. Pours yellow-gold with a faint haze and a remarkable, creamy white head. Pleasant aroma with some spicy, floral, slightly herbal hops. Pleasantly bitter with a gentle dose of farmhouse yeastiness. Glad the medicinal flavor in some saisons is absent here. Big points for that from me. Perhaps some lactic fermentation as there is a refreshing, albeit faint sourness (think Guinness sour). Medium-bodied and medium-heavy carbonation. Worth seeking out.

Light amber golden color, light head, some lacing. Nice sweet citrus noes, blood oranges, lemon zest, very light grapefruit, good hops presence for certain, then mellowed by malts. Taste is delightfully citrus and bitter, enough Belgian to be exciting, great linger and flavor. THANK YOU Travis.

Hoppy Belgian lite beer. My notes were light on this one other than it had a blast of orange and was quite zesty Both with fruit and Belgian yeast. Not bad...

My favorite from my visit to Commons a few weeks ago. Pours a beautiful, well carbonated amber colour. Nose is very tropical, banana and bubblegum notes. Flavors are vibrant and very fruity. Super delicious brew.
