Pilot Batch by Rich Ruelle. This beer uses a large amount of biscuit malt for its base malt as well as some lactose to produce a full bodied beer with moderate bitterness.

You gotta admit thay get what they are going for. Tastes like buttered biscuits out of the oven. I'm usually not a big fan of the malt, but the addition of lactose and the light hops used makes this a pleasant brew I'd like to try again.
