This is our favorite beer to drink. We like to call it our "LIGHT BEER" because it is so drinkable for its size; weighing in at 10.54% ABV (Alcohol by volume). This is a Belgian Blonde Ale, brewed with a CrAzY amount of malt and little Belgian candi syrup to give it that rich Belgian flavor. Hopped with just enough earthy Sterling hops to leave a little sweet rich malt flavor, which makes this beer go down so smooth. We work hard to get our yeast to attenuate, keeping the body down, so it seems much lighter than it really is.

Pours a hazy gold/ orange with sticky white head, that fades quickly. Aroma is yeasty, biscuit, fruity esters. Flavor is very much the same, except the alcohol is quite noticeable on the first sip or two. Its malty sweet with a balanced, neutral finish. The fruit from the aroma isnt there anymore. Overall its easy to drink for an advertised 10% abv. Not too bad.

the newest texas brewery, lets see .. Pours a deep caramel orange .. low foam, even on the pour- light spots of lacing .. . soft mouth, and amazingly smooth, quite remarkable in that sense .. . lots of dough, light grain, touch of golden raisin bread, natural honey, and a touch of buttery caramel booziness .. . easy finish, quite slippery in the mouth .. . i think it needs to be firmer and more defined, and maybe cleaned up a bit but quite good for the first release from this very young brewery, and also very ambitious to do such a high gravity brew, so props for that! but lower the price a bit, almost 12 bucks is way to much for a bomber, i know i will never go near this again at that price, you're local- don;t forget that.. . .
