A helles hefeweizen, this beer has a fruity-fresh aroma and is brewed with organic ingredients and mixed with special top-fermenting yeast. Unfiltered and bottle-fermented, which makes it rich in vitamin B.

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in a Weizen Vase an unfiltered and opaque golden-orange coloured HW with a generous two fingers slight beige and soapy foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is yeasty, wheat malts, spicy, cloves and fruity, cooked bananas. The flavour is fruity, citrus, apples, bananas, wheat malts, biscuits, spicy, faint cloves and a peppery touch, a point of tartness. The mouthfeel is light crispy, quite thick and smooth. The texture is watery. This medium bodied HW has a dry fruity finish. Refreshing, decent , an OK-Hefeweizen from the Bodensee, the German boarder to Switzerland, but lacking of charm .
