At Tenaya Creek we believe that all good parties begin and end with a great beer. To commemorate a festival that's been raging since 1810, we've kept to tradition by using the finest Vienna and Munich malts. German Magnum and Czech Saaz hops round out the malty sweetness to produce and old-world favorite that is sure to please. Let us toast! Ein Prosit! ABV: 6.0%

Suckered into this premium price beer (for a marzen anyway 40 cents an ounce is a bit much) because I'm wanting to try EVERY new Oktoberfest beer I see this year. This was ok, but not a great traditional example of the style. Not very rich and a little too bitter. In the end, the toasted malts and caramel were pleasant, but it wasn't enough.
