Sampled on tap at Taps on 7/10/2010 from a 2 oz sampler. This cream ale pours a light gold color from the tap. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is cereal and grain, somewhat sweet. A light to medium bodied cream ale. The malts are grainy and cereal. The hops are floral. Clean and crisp. A very slightly touch of corn, maybe. Nice balance. Light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Yellow beer with a thin white head. Sweet floral nose with a little hop bite near the finish.Creamy palate.Definately the weakest of their line up imo.

From notes I took previously This is the session beer of Taps' brews. Pale yellow with a thin head, if a customer comes in who has only seen BMC, this is where they'd steer them. Nothing special
