A light to medium-bodied, slightly roasty English ale. The small percentage of highly kilned chocolate malt adds a touch of nuttiness. GOLD MEDAL 2003 LA CO. FAIR ®

Pours a dark reddish brown with aromas of toasted malt and molasses. Tastes thin but annoyingly so, easy to drink. Great brown taste of toasted malt (not overly roasted), that light molasses taste, and slight chocolate. Great to taste and easy to drink. I'm starting to love TAPS!

Clear brown pour revealing a very nice roasted malt nose. I felt the flavor didnt live up to the nose though. Confusing hop bite at the end that just threw things off.

This review is from notes previously taken Clear brown brew with a light/medium body. Nice roasty nose, flavor was a bit thinner than I expected, but all in all a decent brown.
