Oh great, a fizzy yellow beer in a can, that's just what the craft beer world needs! CynicAle melds Old World ingredients in a new school style. French malted barley, English oats and Belgian yeast create honey & black pepper flavors. Lively Slovenian hops provide the floral, apricot and peach notes. Toss your doubts away, toss one back and enjoy!

Courtesy of Quake1028. Pours clear deep gold with copper core and weak off white head. The aroma is pretty big to start with sweet malts mixed with lemon, candi sugar, peach, sweet apples and some mild earthiness. The taste is nice and fresh with both sweet and tart notes coming from such things as candi sugar, tart lemon, apples and mild yeast spices. Seems to end with a tasty mild malt roastiness.

Can: Poured a golden with white head. Aroma is soapy Belgian esters. Belgian yeast and soap. Grain.

A burnt orange golden colored beer with a big sudsy textured, white head rising above.  There some hang time on the head.  A healthy ringlet is what is left behind.  There's a nice hefe sensation of bananas, wheat and light cloves in the nose.  Those profile notes are bolder in the tasting, but balanced and not over whelming.  Very refreshing and crisp on the palate.

Pours clear honey-amber with a nice but effervescent buff head. Sharp, malty aroma has fruity and subtle hoppy underpinnings. Crisp, malty flavor teases with hoppy and apple undertones. not spectacular but enjoyable and thirst-quenching. Smooth mouthfeel has fairly firm body, if not much fizz. Don’t be cynical, try this ale!

A hazy orange beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet flowery hoppy and with strong notes of fruit - especially peaches. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and again strong notes of fruit - peaches and oranges, leading to a very dry and bitter finish.

A very interesting beer that threw me off at first but I found myself really enjoying by the end. Looks a straw colored thin yellow beer but smells pretty good, lots of yeast and citrusy notes. Flavor and mouthfeel are very dry and wheaty, more like a wit. There is a great hop/spice presence that made me want to keep drinking this though the flavor itself was not mind-blowing.

Another beer lift from PfoxyJohn's Beer Cooler in the Bar(n) @ IrishPfist. Golden yellow pour with a tall white head, beautiful lacing throughout, lightly carbonated. Very Belgianesque nose - Belgian yeasts, light bubblegum, very slight clove, wet wheat and malts, nicely floral, some honeysuckle, very slight spicy and pepper aroma. Taste is big for a Saison, again more Belgian Ale-ish, lightly sweet and yeasty, very slight honey and bubblegum, spices, smooth with a very light linger. Nicely refreshing and extremely drinkable. Thank you John!

Pours a straw yellow with a medium head that dissapates quickly. Aroma is mild with hints of apples. Taste is fairly strong with tiny hints of sourness. Finishes off slightly dry. Overall a fine brew from a great brewery.

Impressed at the farmhouse goodness within this can. Aroma and flavor is textbook for this style although it felt a tad thin. Fruity, yeasty, and very peppery. Alas my last of the Surly cans from slowrunner.

Pours hazy orange with a modearte white head. Aroma of ripe peaches and pepper... maybe some other "soft" fruits... banana? Medium bodied. Flavors match aroma, but intensified and well-done. Thanks, Chris.
