After the terrible Roundhouse Ale, I was a little nervous opening this one. Pours a clear, light gold with a small head. Aroma is almost nonexistent. Taste is surprising--very mild citrusy hops, grain and a touch of sweetness. Although a bit watery, still clean and crisp and easy drinking.

This beer was brought back by one of the guys in our monthly tasting from his trip to Idaho. This beer is a really clean, refreshing lager that was a little suprising actually. A fresh, citrusy nose almost lemon-like in quality. Appearance was cloudy, really light yellow in color, with an average white head. Flavors were crackers, some really light hops with an overall clean finish. An really tasty lager that would be perfect for a summer day, although a bit out of place on a cold January night.
