Gråskägg (5,2 %) är vår tolkning av en vinteröl. Den kan närmast beskrivas som en lite rökig porter med generösa mängder karamellmalt och chokladmalt. Humlen är endast Bravo. Resultatet är en mjukt chokladig svart ale med en rejäl beska som balanserar upp sötman. Man kan även ana en lätt rökighet och en trevlig humlearom. Den här ölen är givetvis en säsongsöl och finns bara vintertid.

    Draught@Sundsvall BF2010. Close to black colour, small brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, coffee, some ashes as well as dark fruits. Flavour is roasted malts, toffee, ashes mild bitterness as well as mild overriped fruits.

    Pours out in a dark brown, almost black colour with a rich rocky firm tan-colored foam. Roasted malts, smoke, licorice, coffee, chocolate and mild grassy and lemony hops in the aroma. medium-bodied with notes of roasted malts, coffee, smoke, ryebread, grass and lemon. Medium-bodied with notes of coffee, smoke and licorice.
