Biskop Kol är en svart ale. Fylligare en en vanlig stout och betydligt kraftigare humlad. Humlen är Amarillo både till beska och arom och maltkompositionen består av ljus malt, två sorters karamellmalt, chokladmalt, rostat korn och vetemalt. Smaken är en ljuv blandning av kaffe, mörk choklad, humle och en ton av lakrits.

Darught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Pours out in a dark brown, almost black colour with a lasting fluffy pale brown foam. Dark chocolate, roasted malts and mild citrousy hops in the aroma. Medium-bodied with notes of burnt malts, cocoa, and mild lemony hops. Medium-bitter finish of burnt malts, cocoa and orange-peels.
