Medium sized, dark tan head with good retention and a solid lace. Mild nose is spicy, lightly roasty and grainy. Medium bodied and slick on the palate, soft carbonation. Roasty, caramel malt flavors, lightly sweet with faint chocolate and toffee notes. Lightly sweet, lightly smoky finish. A Kolsch huh? Call it what you want, aint too bad.
