Brewed at the new Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station. This bright and deep gold IPA is brewed with six great hops thrown into the mix, including the addition of two new hops (Mosaic and El Dorado) that Stone has never used before. It’s full bodied, dry and very bitter, with flavors of spiced bread, grapefruit, lemon, nectarine and pine.

35,5cl bottle at Örebro Ölcafé. Pours clear golden with a white head. Surprisingly mild aroma dominated by citrus, some pale malt, pine and herbs. Moderate sweet with citrusy flavours and a fairly decent bitterness. Quite tasty, but not quite my kind of IPA.

Small, tenacious, off white head with excellent retention and a nice stringy lace. Hazy, gold colored ale. Nose is a bit earthy and citrusy with lemon and tea leaf notes. Body is med/full, nice carbonation, lil oily, creamy. Fairly dry malts, slight caramel notes, light pine and citrus, some grass. Dry finish with a tame bite. Decent. Bottles/draft from statelineliquors.

July 2020: 355 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.7%. Gluten free. Brewed with Lemondrop and El Dorado hops. Golden colour, only slightly hazy. Moderate white head. Moderate aroma of grapefruit, pine and spruce. The flavour is mid between dry and sweet, with citrus (incl. grapefruit) and a resinous bitter finish.

Rated Jan. 2015. 12oz bottle pours with a crystal clear deep gold body that supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up spicy hops, bitter floral hops, some grapefruit, lemon, lime and pineapple. The taste starts hoppy and bitter with malt sweetened lemon, lime and grapefruit. To midway this picks up earthy grassiness, herbal floral notes and plenty of spicy onion like hoppiness. Pretty solid brew with a different hop profile but nice.

Had a bottle of this at a Smokey Bones in Florida. Hazy light yellow colour with a white head, good stay and dirty lacing. Citrus hop aromas with lemon notes and grassiness. Very dry mouthfeel with a great bitterness built-up in the finish. Wow, quite bitter and grassy tasting! If you like hopbombs, you should like this.

Orange pour with a thin white head. Very little lace. Pleasant grass and citrus aroma. Pretty tame IPA. Not much hop bitterness and citrus flavor. Very good IPA but just not great.

Pours hazy, translucent honey-golden with a thick and persistent eggshell head. Aroma is strong, hoppy and resin you with fruity and floral undertones. Flavor is hoppy, mainly destiny, with some fruit and malt, scarcely bitter. Smooth yet lively texture is fairly thick and firm. Yes, delicious!
