Pours a hazy solar yellow with a thick and fluffy eggshell head. Aroma is not strong but tempts with fruity and yeasty notes plus a hint of woody hops. Refreshing flavor teases the palate with light banana, pear, citrus, woody hop, yeasty and subtle malty notes that land on the taste buds as delicately as a butterfly. Texture is a bit thin, but quite lively. A Swedish jungle? Lemon curry? Whatever - enjoy.

A bright yellow colored beer with lots of bubbles. A three finger, foamy textured white head rises briefly above. It settles into a medium soapy ringlet. Sweet grain, some corn, some lemon rind and acetic hops in the nose. Pepper, lemon rind, acetic hops and a sweet grain base in the tasting. Light, crisp effervescent. A great thirst quencher.

Sampled on 2/14/2012 at Beer Revolution. This saison pours a slightly hazy yellow gold color from the tap. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity, cereal and yeasty. A medium bodied saison. The malts are fruity and sweet, cereal and yeasty. The hops are herbal and spicy. Lively carbonation. Nice balance. A touch dry and funky, with some yeastiness. Not sure if the corn and rice go well with the brett. It’s a weird combination and I’m not sure if it works well. Will need to do some more research. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is cleanand smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
