Our first saison. Using pilsner malt & a the famous Dupont yeast, this traditional Belgian farmhouse ale has strong spice characteristics. Solid golden color with a bold white head. This summer ale is wonderfully quaffable.

Poured straw color...looks watery...nice head and lacing. Aroma had slight barnyard funk presence. The flavor of this one was kind of overboard on spices and hops. Very bitter, not very sweet and not a lot of funk. Mouthfeel was very carbonated, almost too much so, and full bodied. Not my favorite Stewarts offering.
