Pours wtih a clear amber body topped by a thin to medium thick head with some lacing. It’s slightly sweet and malty with a slight caramel note and a grassy hop note, as well as, some grain. The flavor gets better as the beer warms. Medium bodied, smooth and slightly warming.

This bock pours a deep color from a 12oz bottle. Medium to small sized white foamy head. Aroma is bready and sweet, touch of caramel. A medium bodied bock. Malts are beady and sweet, lots of cookie flavors. Slightly sweet tasting with a nice caramel malt backbone. Hops are earthy and slightly floral. It’s a touch harsh tasting and perhaps a little thin, but very drinkable. Mouthfeel is slightly thin. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is bready and slightly sweet.
