Please excuse our Frenglish! Moulin Crazy is an old-world style Saison that's light and refreshing avec a subtle hop character. Named after the historic Flour Mill Silos on Notre Dame Avenue, this rustic brew pays some sérieux respect to Sudbury's rich agriculture heritage.

Can from the brewery. At first pour, did not seem like a Saison. The malted barley is what we smell the most. After breathing, the Saison hops, citrus notes and Belgian Ale yeast come out and ta-da!! The grassiness is also in the taste, but not too bitter. The wheat makes this refreshing. Definitely fits the style. Hazy golden, amber hue, great frothy white cap, long lasting with some good lacing. Nice!
