Purchased at the Liquor Control Board of Ontario Store. Pours a pale gold colour with definte haze and a snow white bubbly head that is gone within seconds. The aroma is tart fruit, yeast, grains, and sour funk. The flavour is very tart fruit with hints of grains and yeast in the mix.

Not a drink I'd reach for very often. After a tough thirsty twelve hour day I found this to be very refreshing. Thin head leaves the odd dot of lacing. Sour metallic aroma. Sweet and sour flavour. Green apples being the main taste with a bit of spice. Don't know much about this style but it hit the spot tonight.

Somewhat hazy orange with off-white foam head. Sourish aroma, always like green apples to me. Taste as usual is getting used to, sour initially, turning less in time. Like these beers. (Velp 201407)

Pours a light copper with a medium white cap of which about an eighth inch sticks around for a while. Small amount of sloppy lacing This is my first Gueuze so I'm not sure what to expect but the smell is sweet and sour apples with a spicy hint. flavour starts sweet with a finish reminiscent of rotten apples. Mouthfeel is well carbonated. Not sure how to rate this for the style, it's definitely interesting reminds me of a cider. Gonna cellar a few and rerate.

Not as good a gueuze as is produced by some of the other Belgian gueuze producers, but still pretty tasty. It is clear, golden in colour, and highly carbonated. The aroma is sour, with some sweet tones. The flavour grabs you on the sides of the tongue, but the bite could be stronger.

The beer poured a translucent orangy-red colour with a generous white bubbly head which quickly disappeared. The aroma was faintly sour apples. not as strong as others have suggested. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied, almost creamy, and highly carbonated. The flavour wasn't all that sweet...very reminiscent of the crabapples I used to eat as a child on the way to school. Not a lot of malty flavours or hoppy tones in this one.

Not for Lambic purists...but for those unfamiliar with the genre, this is a good starter ale. Pours hazey- golden-red with a smallish cap that laces well Aroma od musty burlap, herbs and sweetness. Tastes like a well blended gueuze but the sweetness is a tad annoying..it has all the musty-earthy tones and herbal balance from long boil aged hops and the tart dryness of a lambic but the added sweetness seems phony. No reason to discount this as a serious lambic blend...but it is best suited to turning on your wife or friends to this style.

Deep golden colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is sour apricot and wood along with some slight sweetness. Flavour is apricot, other fruits and quite sugary. Some slight wooden hints too.

Amber colored beer with a big sudsy head - left decent lacing. Aroma was musty and sour - like old apples left in the cellar or a pungent chardonnay. Not as sour in flavor as most lambics; it tastes of sour green apples. The malt can actually be tasted - again unusual for a lambic. Strong sour finish but not enough to make you pucker. Good lambic for those new to the style and also relatively affordable.

I liked it, but I understand its more a rookie lambic. Didnt see anything wrong with it, but again seemed a little weak overall. I look forward to exploring the world of lambics and dont see this as a bad starting point.
