The beer pours a clear medium gold colour with a bubbly off-white head which lingers for a few minutes. The aroma is biscuit malt, tropical fruit, light yeast, and spicy hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is caramel, pine, citrus, and yeast. The piney bitterness lingers for a long time afterwords. -

Quite a hoppy nose for a light beer, showing some pine needles, grassiness over a mild caramel base. A little unfiltered, golden colour with a big frothy, fluffy off-white cap, very good stay and loads of foamy lacing. The taste shows more of the spiciness in the hops which works really well here. Some good bitterness, dryness and would never know this is only 4% ABV. Hints of honey blended with the grassy hops. Well brewed !
