High fermentation beer brewed with mango. Old fashioned and natural brewing used with bottle conditioning like the Trappists use. The colorful summer mango fruit lends pleasurable flavors full of sun and heat that we feel in our hearts and throat. Ingredients include water, malted barley grown in the region, oats, hops, yeast, and natural fruit extract. Contains gluten.

750 ml caged and corked bottle. Poured in a beer mug an unfiltered and hazy orange-copper coloured Fruit Beer with an imposant and generous three fingers beige, dense and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is a punnet of exotic fruits, mango, passion fruits, pineapples, apricots and sourish herbal notes leading to a light bitterness. The flavour is caramel malts, fruity, mango, passion fruits, pineapples, a spicy, peppery, touch, dried fruits, nuts. The mouthfeel is round, fruity and a bit sweety. The texture is watery. This medium bodied Fruit Beer has a long fruity and sourish bitter finish. A nice try from the Sornin brewery. The mango has not often the place of honour in a beer and the result is a well refreshing and pleasant Fruit Beer.
