Bottle bought at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered pale amber colored Weizen with a very thin white foamy head that had nearly no retention. Mid-sized carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, spicy, cloves, fruity, banana. The flavour is wheat grainy malts, fruity, banana, notes of citrus, spicy, cloves. The mouthfeel is watery. This medium bodied beer has a slight malty end. Not really a bad Weizen but far away from the standards of the style.
