Named for the historic trains that line Snoqualmie's main street, this lip-smacking dark ale is mellow and malty. The aroma is reminiscent of bittersweet dark chocolate and the caramel and roast malt flavors are exceptionally smooth. Medium bodied, with a slightly sweet edge but a dry finish, Steam Train Porter is easy to drink, easy to like!

Very much a black body with a light tan head. The aroma was pancake syrup along with some coffee and chocolate. The taste had some dark coffee and some milk chocolate. There is a nice smooth and slick mouthfeel with little carbonation. This is a nice porter, but could use a little more body.
