Spring Fever Belgian Style Grand Cru Ale. Spring Fever Grand Cru is our Belgina style beer crafted from Two-row Pale, Munich, Crystal and Belgian Aromatic malts paired with distinctive Columbus and Saaz hops. We add fresh crushed coriander then ferment with an authrentic Belgian yeast strain to get a beautiful beer with tropical aromas reminiscent of curshed pineapple and banana. Original Gravity - 1.070 ¤ International Bitter Units - 32 ¤ Alcohol by volume - 7.0%

From Pt Roberts (WA) Marketplace. Poured a body of clear and dark amber beneath a creamy, tan, enduring head. Aroma was most pleasant, featuring who knows what spices and yeasts. Flavour was equally argeeable, mouth was sold, and the finish smooth. Not a bad price, either.
