Our pilsener is a good, refreshing beer, with a well balanced bitterness. The hops are evident in both taste and smell. Fine with shrimps or light fish dishes or simply as a refreshment.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is Cantillonlike sourness. Flavour is acidic and sour fruits, wood and very harsh. For a -whatever- beerstyle not too good... as they probably didn’t try to aim for a lambic atleast... if it would have contained wheat, it could maybe have been an attempt at lambic, and gotten a good scoring...

330 ml bottle, bought at Vinmonopolet. ABV is 5.5%. Brew nr. 4, B.B. date 09.08. Thick sediment in the bottle. Hazy pale golden colour, huge and lasting white head. Strong fruity / hoppy aroma, but even stronger notes of yeast and spices and a blooming infection. The flavour is very acidic and lemony, nearly lambic-like, just like their Kvernknurr. Not much to remind you of a pilsener here. This new brewery obviously has some severe infection problems - if they don’t ship up pretty fast, they’ll be out of business before you know it.
