Now this is what I’m talkin’ about. One in a series, this one is freakin awesome. Light amber color with a durable off white head. Grapefruit bitterness and awesome floral aroma. Just great if you can get it.

As luck would have it, this was out just in time for my vacation to PA. I snatched up a growler of it, and enjoyed it back at the hotel. Poured a dark amber with ample carbonation, and a nice fluffy sticky long lasting head. Aroma is piney, very citrussy, and mildly sweet. Flavor is caramel sweetness up front, followed by a rush of juicy piney sticky hops. After sampling this one, we headed back to Sly Fox a couple days later to pick up a growler of the Target IPA as well. I was really quite impressed with this brewpub, I wish I was in the area more often.

Poured a copper color with a small off white head. Sweet, piney, and citrus hop aroma. Nice bitter hops, light malts, the bitter citrus really stands out here. Nearly reminded me of the Cascade IPA, but it just fell short by a little. Beautiful.
