Poured a dark brown color with some amber tones. The head was nice and the lacing very good. The aroma was more hoppy than anything. The flavor was like a balanced pale ale (with more color that didn’t turn into deeper flavor for me) with a sweet malty base. Pine and floral flavors were most pronounced and this was a less than impressive brown ale (flavor rated lowest due to a complete mismatch to the style).

Poured a dark copper color (brown) with a small light tan head and light lacing on the glass. Rather weak aroma of roast and lightly hopped caramel. Coffee and caramel up front, then more roast and malts, finishing a hoppy citrus. Not a bad brown.
